Natural Supplements to Help with Weight Loss

 I am a believer in eating right and exercising regularly as a means to lose weight and to maintain your natural weight, but it's not easy. I won't do diet pills but have found that drinking lots of green tea and snacking on ginger chews helps me control my appetite and maintain my weight.

I got confirmation of this reading an article in a Health Magazine. Here are the five  supplements they recommend for weight loss.

Green Tea: speeds up metabolism (I have 2-3 cups a day)

Ginger: aids digestion & helps control hunger, they recommend 2 250mg capsules a day. (I prefer ginger chews & usually have a couple in the afternoon).

Garcinia cambogia or citrimax: helps you feel less hungry and helps metabolize fats, best taken before every meal

Probiotics: may help burn calories, available in capsule form

Gymnema: helps keep blood sugar levels stable to easier to avoid snacking in between meals. They suggest 1 mg capsule 3 times a day with meals.

Me too! I always believe that proper exercise and a healthy diet is a solution in burning those unwanted fats.

I prefer natural supplements rather than taking ordinary supplements for weight loss. Like others, I also want to avoid side effects.
